Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth and profitability goals

Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Oversee risk management and ensure full compliance with financial regulations and standards
-
Provide strong leadership and direction to the finance team
-
Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure strategic and financial alignment
-
Deliver insightful financial reports and performance analyses to the executive team and board
-
Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize financial health
-
Continuously evaluate and enhance financial systems, controls, and processes
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
-
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally as a CFO
-
In-depth knowledge of financial management, regulatory compliance, and accounting principles

Manufacturing industry experience is required
-
15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
-
Strong analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
-
Demonstrated success working collaboratively with executive teams and cross-functional departments

Proficient in financial systems and analytical tools
