The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial strategy and operations. This includes financial planning and analysis, audits, compliance, and managing banking relationships. Working closely with the CEO and executive team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the organization’s long-term growth and financial stability.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, present, and implement financial and tax strategies in alignment with company goals.

Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support data-driven decision-making.

Oversee cash flow, working capital, and company audits.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all financial operations.

Manage and strengthen banking and financial institution relationships.
Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.

Proven strategic and analytical finance skills.

CPA or MBA preferred, but not required.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
