Position Title and Scope
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the corporation in alignment with GAAP, SEC standards, and best practices for financial management within the software industry and newly public companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the organization’s fiscal function and performance.

Act as a strategic partner in the development of corporate plans and programs.

Provide financial analysis of budgets, reports, and trends to assist senior leadership.

Develop, enforce, and optimize financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Provide technical financial advice and oversee international market operations.

Improve the budgeting process by educating department managers.

Offer financial leadership on mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.

Manage banking and cash flow strategies to strengthen financial stability.

Advise on contractual and compliance matters with financial impact.

Continuously evaluate and develop the finance team for improved effectiveness.
Education & Experience

Master’s degree (MBA/MA) or 10–15 years of relevant financial leadership experience.

Strong analytical, forecasting, and international financial expertise.

CPA highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; Oracle experience is a plus.

Proven supervisory experience in leading finance teams.
Work Environment

Office-based role with occasional physical requirements (lifting up to 40 lbs, walking, bending).
