Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership (CFO Duties)

Develop and execute financial strategy to support the company’s growth and mission.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

Lead capital strategy and fundraising efforts, including investor relations, venture financing, and financial partnerships.

Ensure regulatory compliance, tax optimization, and accounting integrity, collaborating with auditors and regulatory bodies.

Drive cost efficiency and financial discipline, optimizing resources while fostering innovation.
Operational & Strategic Leadership (COO Duties)

Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to refine and execute key initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

10+ years of senior financial leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, or similar) in a high-growth environment.
