Position Highlights:

  • No prior dialysis experience required.

  • Training may occur at a location other than your assigned clinic.

  • Flexible schedule with floating to various clinics during and after training.

  • Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Oversee patient care alongside Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), assisting with observations, vital signs, and dialysis machine setup.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may also be accepted.

  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Medical-Surgical nursing is helpful but not mandatory.

  • Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.


Salary/Wage Range:
$45.00 – $63.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Minimum Wage Standards for New York:

  • NYC & Long Island: $64,350/year (exempt) or $16.50/hour (non-exempt)

  • Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester: $64,350/year (exempt) or $16.50/hour (non-exempt)

  • Rest of New York State: $60,405.80/year (exempt) or $15.50/hour (non-exempt)
