Position Highlights:

No prior dialysis experience required.

Training may occur at a location other than your assigned clinic.

Flexible schedule with floating to various clinics during and after training.

Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Oversee patient care alongside Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), assisting with observations, vital signs, and dialysis machine setup.

Qualifications:
-
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may also be accepted.

Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Medical-Surgical nursing is helpful but not mandatory.

Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
Salary/Wage Range:
$45.00 – $63.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
Minimum Wage Standards for New York:

NYC & Long Island: $64,350/year (exempt) or $16.50/hour (non-exempt)

Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester: $64,350/year (exempt) or $16.50/hour (non-exempt)

Rest of New York State: $60,405.80/year (exempt) or $15.50/hour (non-exempt)
