The Role
As a member of the cinema front of house team, you will:

Provide consistently excellent customer service

Clean cinema auditoriums between showings

Take bookings over the phone
-
Assist with restaurant service (The Grand Café)

Support general service: upselling, setting up, stocking, serving, and cleaning down
The Person
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in hospitality or front-of-house roles (desirable)

Is passionate about film and creating a positive customer experience

Has a sociable personality and works well in a team
-
Is flexible and willing to work both in the cinema and the restaurant

Can work evenings and weekends as needed
