Class A Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and secure products at the Medline Facility for transport.

• Operate a Class A vehicle to deliver products to multiple customer destinations along a pre-determined route, adhering to all Medline safety regulations, including the use of required safety equipment and performing necessary safety checks.

• Unload and deliver products to customer facilities, ensuring deliveries are made on time and accurately.

• Provide in-person customer support during deliveries, addressing inquiries and providing required documentation.

• Communicate with the dispatch team regarding any necessary adjustments to the delivery route or schedule to meet customer needs and ensure safe operations.

• Maintain travel and cargo logs in compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as company policy.

• Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper fuel levels for continued use.

Required Experience

• At least 2 years of experience driving a tractor-trailer.

• Valid Class A CDL with authorization to operate the assigned vehicle.

• Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operating commercial motor vehicles.

• A clean driving record with no significant violations.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary Range
$23.00 – $32.25 per hour, with actual salary determined by location, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline guarantees compliance with applicable wage and salary laws.
