What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely operate heavy-duty trucks, including hitching and towing equipment with precision and reliability.

  • Perform yard work and station maintenance as needed to support operations.

  • Deliver compressed and/or liquefied natural gas (CNG/LNG) and related equipment to customer sites promptly and efficiently.

  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of vehicles and equipment, and report findings accurately.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for hazardous materials transport.

  • Practice defensive driving and adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, quantity, and route details.

  • Prepare and submit daily driver trip reports to the Operations Manager.

  • Report vehicle maintenance needs or unsafe conditions promptly to management.

  • Set up and inspect equipment at customer locations, providing reliable service.

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of transportation equipment as needed.

  • Work effectively within a collaborative team environment, demonstrating flexibility with scheduling.

  • Follow company uniform guidelines and participate in all required training.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the company with professionalism.

  • Engage in continuous learning to improve job performance and industry knowledge.


Who You Are

  • Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements (HM/Tank or XT).

  • Have a strong sense of smell and awareness critical for safety.

  • Possess 5+ years of CDL Class A driving experience, preferably with bulk tank and equipment handling.

  • Ideally, have knowledge of the natural gas industry, including safety codes, compressed natural gas properties, and proper loading/unloading procedures.

  • Comfortable operating heavy-duty vehicles, pick-up trucks, and basic hand/power tools.

  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and assist in equipment repairs.

  • Capable of passing a DOT physical and drug screening.

  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

  • Flexible, dependable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.


Where You’ll Be Working

  • Physically active role requiring climbing, lifting, bending, and equipment handling.

  • Frequent travel with extended hours during project assignments.

  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions and potential exposure to hazardous materials.

  • Travel is fully supported — no sleeping in trucks; company covers lodging and meals.
