Main Responsibilities of a Clerical Officer – Health Records

As a Clerical Officer – Health Records, your duties will include:

  • Carrying out daily scanning and document preparation tasks.

  • Meeting set deadlines and performance targets for scanning.

  • Performing Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) checks.

  • Managing secure destruction of records in accordance with Trust policies.

Flexibility is essential, and previous administrative experience is preferred. Familiarity with health records processes will be an advantage.
