Main Responsibilities of a Clerical Officer – Health Records
As a Clerical Officer – Health Records, your duties will include:

Carrying out daily scanning and document preparation tasks.

Meeting set deadlines and performance targets for scanning.

Performing Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) checks.

Managing secure destruction of records in accordance with Trust policies.
Flexibility is essential, and previous administrative experience is preferred. Familiarity with health records processes will be an advantage.
