As a Pneuma Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by effectively managing their SEO projects, fostering strong client relationships, and driving value realization. You will be responsible for overseeing the agency-client relationship, managing project timelines, and delivering exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations.

 

Primary Client Point of Contact

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring proactive and responsive communication.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and success metrics, and tailoring communication to those items.
  • Manage regular touchpoints, including status updates, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Filter and commentate on the information coming from strategists, and deliver original, authentic, curated information to the client – not copy and paste information.

Own the Execution of Client Strategy

  • Track and review campaign performance metrics with clients to demonstrate progress toward value (something people are willing to pay for).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with clear, actionable reports on campaign outcomes and ROI.
  • Communicate opportunities for improvement or additional strategies to better meet client needs.

Client Retention and Satisfaction

  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and address concerns swiftly to prevent churn.
  • Execute onboarding processes for new clients to ensure a seamless transition and setup for success.
  • Identify risks to client retention and implement corrective measures in collaboration with internal teams.

Growth and Account Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that align with the client’s objectives.
  • Present and explain new offerings or strategies to clients to drive additional value and revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution of expanded service agreements.

Internal Collaboration and Advocacy

  • Act as the client’s advocate internally, ensuring their needs and goals are communicated to delivery teams.
  • Partner with strategists and other contributors to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and timelines.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on client trends, concerns, and opportunities for service improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in the SEO/PPC industry preferably within client management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving value for clients.
  • Experience with building agendas, communicating strategy/outcomes and understanding value.
  • This role can work hybrid from Fishers, IN or Denver, CO
