What You’ll Do as a Client Care Coordinator
This isn’t cold calling. As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll deliver meaningful, compassionate support to clients in need. Every conversation will matter, offering reassurance, information, and essential healthcare services at a critical time.
Key Responsibilities for Client Care Coordinator

Provide exceptional, empathetic support through phone and online channels

Manage sensitive conversations with confidence and discretion

Work in a structured, fast-paced contact centre environment

Complete 12 weeks of full-time, onsite training before transitioning to hybrid work
Shift times: 7AM–6PM (flexibility for 30 hours per week may be considered)
