Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert sales consultation, design, support, and management for clients in areas such as collaboration, enterprise networking, data solutions, and security products, focusing primarily on the assigned region.

  • Build, nurture, and expand business relationships with existing and potential clients to drive profitability and growth, while ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective sales and services.

  • Analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, crafting tailored strategies to meet business goals.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and adhere to C1’s reporting standards.

  • Develop and implement business plans that align with both short-term and long-term company objectives and individual targets.

  • Lead discussions at the C-level to drive business partnerships and solutions.

  • Continuously develop technical expertise across C1’s product offerings, including solutions from represented manufacturers and professional services.

  • Build strong client relationships, fostering business growth and achieving targets.

  • Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues as needed.

  • Stay informed on industry changes, participating in relevant organizations and continually refining sales techniques and knowledge.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as sales support, marketing, services, and purchasing/inventory to meet targets.

  • Stay updated on company policies and procedures, ensuring clear communication with clients.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, engaging multiple cross-functional teams.

  • Focus on selling C1’s solutions, consistently meeting targets, and consulting clients with a solution-oriented approach.

  • Drive innovation and disrupt traditional thinking, offering clients new perspectives and solutions.

  • Identify and address client pain points with expertise in specific verticals (e.g., Public Sector, Healthcare).

  • Recognize client needs and overcome objections to offer optimal solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in communications and data technology.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to engage with and sell directly to C-level executives in mid to large enterprises.

  • Strong presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven sales abilities and technical aptitude.

  • Demonstrated success in territory development and acquiring new business accounts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and sales forecasting tools.

  • Established relationships and contacts in the industry.

  • Experience with solution selling, especially in Cloud solutions, MS and PS services, and other offerings from C1.

  • Recognition as a top performer (e.g., President’s Club).

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA.

  • Experience with a solutions provider similar to C1.
