Sales Executive – Role Summary
As a Sales Executive at C1, you will serve as a strategic advisor and solutions expert for clients, driving revenue growth through innovative technology offerings in areas such as Contact Center solutions, collaboration, enterprise networking, data, and cybersecurity. This role requires a consultative approach to sales, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles, particularly within a designated region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Client Engagement

Lead consultative sales efforts across Contact Center, collaboration, data, networking, and security technologies.

Establish, develop, and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term business growth.

Manage full sales cycles—from prospecting and strategy to solution design and closing—with a focus on executive-level engagement.

Deliver tailored technology solutions that align with client business goals, leveraging a deep understanding of their operations and industry trends.

Act as a trusted advisor by identifying pain points and presenting innovative solutions that challenge conventional thinking.
Business Planning & Forecasting

Create and execute business development strategies consistent with company objectives and individual sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and activity reports using C1’s CRM and reporting standards.

Actively manage lead generation, opportunity tracking, and deal progression.
Product & Industry Expertise

Maintain a high level of technical proficiency across C1’s portfolio, including partner solutions and professional services.

Stay current on evolving industry standards, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.

Contribute to thought leadership in verticals such as healthcare, public sector, or others, as applicable.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment

Partner cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, support, and engineering teams to drive seamless client experiences.

Ensure internal teams are aligned on customer needs and timelines to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Serve as the voice of the customer within C1, providing feedback to influence product direction and service delivery.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in data and communications technologies, with a strong focus on Contact Center/CX solutions including:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Adept at solution selling, with demonstrated success in cloud-based offerings and managed/professional services

Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and overcome objections effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
