Job Summary
As an Enterprise Client Executive within NetApp’s Systems Integrator Region, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships within a portfolio of existing named enterprise accounts. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth by promoting NetApp’s full suite of products and professional services. Success in this role requires a strategic, results-oriented mindset, strong customer engagement skills, technical acumen, and the ability to foster both internal collaboration and external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow enterprise accounts by leveraging the full NetApp product and service portfolio to strengthen customer partnerships.

Develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue and account expansion.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and coordinate internal and external resources to execute against sales targets.

Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client needs and advocating for their success.

Collaborate closely with partners and internal teams, supporting co-sell opportunities and identifying strategies to increase business impact.

Deliver product expertise and strategic messaging to partner sales and technical teams, ensuring alignment with NetApp’s go-to-market strategy.

Facilitate partner enablement in conjunction with Channel Development Managers, ensuring compliance and collaboration.

Represent NetApp at client meetings, events, and engagements, delivering high-impact presentations and proposals.
Required Qualifications
-
Demonstrated experience in enterprise account management, with a proven track record of revenue growth and strategic planning.

Strong business development skills with a passion for expanding customer relationships and maximizing value from the existing install base.

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

History of consistently exceeding sales quotas with referenceable success stories.

Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, storage technologies, and distributed sales environments is a plus.

Deep understanding of channel sales dynamics and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.

Technologically fluent, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, account management, or a related field.
Compensation
-
Target On-Target Earnings (OTE): $274,000 – $355,000
Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors including location, experience, and education.
Compensation includes base salary plus commission and may also include stock options, RSUs, and other incentives.
