About the Role: Client Experience Specialist
As a Client Experience Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and the voice of Prosper Health. You’ll ensure every interaction—whether by email, phone, or text—reflects our commitment to care, empathy, and outstanding service. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape the client journey and make sure our clients feel supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities

Manage client communications across multiple channels with prompt, professional, and personalized responses.

Collaborate with the executive team to design and implement client experience strategies.

Document and refine processes and best practices as we scale.

Identify feedback trends and recommend solutions to improve service quality.

Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

Take ownership of client experience systems and propose new improvements.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about improving outcomes for autistic adults and thrives in fast-moving, mission-driven environments.

Experience in communication-heavy roles (startup experience is a plus).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity.
