Role Overview:

As a Client Project Manager, you will be the single point of contact for clients—responsible for winning work, managing relationships, quoting projects, scheduling jobs, and ensuring timely payment. This hybrid role blends sales, estimating, client service, and project delivery into one powerful position.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Growth

  • Win new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking

  • Convert inbound leads into long-term accounts with active project pipelines

  • Build strong relationships and drive client retention

Quoting & Estimating

  • Attend or coordinate site visits to scope works

  • Prepare clear, itemised quotes using our CRM system

  • Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

  • Follow up on open quotes to maximise conversion

Job Booking & Delivery

  • Schedule engineers and subcontractors via CRM

  • Coordinate materials, access, and client logistics

  • Monitor work progress, ensuring high standards and timely delivery

Project Oversight & Client Reporting

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

  • Conduct quality checks, verify completion, and resolve issues

  • Provide job updates and completion reports

Invoicing & Payment

  • Raise invoices promptly and track collections

  • Manage billing queries and track project profitability

Performance Management

  • Hit weekly/monthly KPIs: revenue, quote turnaround, bookings, collections

  • Participate in daily stand-ups and continuously improve delivery efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • Construction Experience: Background in property maintenance, refurb, or building services—ideally as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Quantity Surveyor

  • Commercial Acumen: Skilled in quoting, cost control, and revenue generation

  • Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills to liaise with all stakeholders

  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple jobs, quotes, and schedules

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft 365, and scheduling platforms

  • Resilient & Proactive: Keeps calm under pressure and takes full ownership of outcomes
