As our firm continues to grow and thrive, we are seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist to join our team. We are a fee-based Wealth Management and Financial Planning Firm with strong client retention and a commitment to making a positive impact on our clients’ lives.

This role is perfect for someone with 1-5 years of client service experience in financial services who is eager to work with an industry leader. Under the guidance of the Senior Client Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, exceeding expectations in every interaction.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings.
  • Develop and manage client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Advisory Team to support both existing and new clients.
  • Handle custodial paperwork, correspondence, and client service requests.
  • Schedule client meetings and assist with onboarding new clients.
  • Execute firm procedures and support strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field).
  • 1-5 years of experience in client services within an advisory firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
