As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Client Service Support professional to enhance our team in Bishopbriggs. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional client service, supporting financial planners, and ensuring smooth client onboarding and account management.
About the Client Service Support Role
As a Client Service Support team member, you will be responsible for managing client records, coordinating financial planning activities, and ensuring seamless client interactions. Your work will involve data management, meeting preparation, liaising with financial providers, and ensuring high standards of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate client records in our system and ensure all communications are documented.

Process and monitor new and existing client requests, ensuring a high-quality client experience.

Prepare client documentation and meeting packs for financial planning discussions.

Coordinate with investment and product providers to collect necessary data.

Keep clients and financial planners informed throughout the client journey.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Qualifications:

Cert CII (FS) – R01 & LP2 (or currently working towards it).

Working towards a CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) is a plus.
Experience & Skills:

Prior experience in client services or financial support roles.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Understanding of financial products, industry regulations, and best practices.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
