  • Triage CRM cases, resolving or escalating as appropriate.

  • Generate and import reports on set schedules.

Skills Needed to Succeed as a Client Services Specialist

To excel as a Client Services Specialist, you’ll need:

  • 2+ years in customer service, client management, or technical support.

  • Experience with high-profile accounts and conflict resolution.

  • Strong Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge.

  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
