Position Overview
We are hiring full-time, remote Client Success Agents to provide exceptional voice support for clients enrolled in our debt settlement program. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, discuss complex financial situations, document account activity, and guide clients through solutions with empathy and professionalism.
Locations Hiring: AZ, FL, GA, MI, NC, NV, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT
Expected Start Date: 11/03/2025
Work Hours: Mon–Fri: 9 a.m.–10 p.m. ET | Sat: 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET
Key Responsibilities

Use Salesforce to manage client interactions and account updates.

Resolve complex client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Present settlement proposals and guide clients toward achieving financial goals.

Escalate issues to leadership or other departments when needed.

Assist clients with creditor issues and provide guidance throughout the debt resolution process.

Document client interactions clearly and accurately.
Qualifications
Required

High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s preferred)

2+ years in customer service or relationship-based support
-
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office

Calm, professional demeanor under stress
Preferred

Financial or banking industry experience

Ability to de-escalate vulnerable clients with empathy and active listening

Experience explaining financial programs to clients
