About the Job

Clinic Administrator
Location: CHI St. Alexius Health – Williston
Pay Range: $33.68 – $48.84/hour

Serving the Williston community since 1920, we offer a wide range of services including primary and specialty care, family medicine, orthopedics, neurology, and advanced diagnostics like 3D mammography.

Position Overview

As the Clinic Administrator, you’ll oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of a large specialty or multi-specialty medical clinic. Your leadership will help ensure high-quality patient care, smooth clinic operations, and continuous improvements in service delivery. This role involves strategic planning, staff development, budgeting, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations and staff activities.

  • Ensure efficient workflows, quality patient care, and regulatory compliance.

  • Manage performance evaluations, goal setting, and team development.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and career growth of staff.

  • Oversee clinic budgeting, financial planning, and operational goals.

  • Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.

  • Partner with the Regional Director to support strategic and long-range planning.

  • Manage timekeeping and payroll systems to ensure accurate labor management.

  • Respond to patient concerns, resolving operational issues and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the clinic and the Central Billing Office.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years leadership experience
    OR

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a related discipline
    OR

  • Master’s Degree (experience not required)

Preferred:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role
