Job Opportunity: Nurse Leader – Outpatient Primary Care (South of Indianapolis)

We are currently partnering with a well-established outpatient primary care clinic group in search of a dedicated and experienced Nurse Leader to oversee daily clinical operations at one of their clinics located south of Indianapolis. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with prior leadership experience to step into a key role that blends clinical oversight with team coordination in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Position Details:

  • Schedule:

    • Full-time, Monday through Friday

    • Day shift only – no nights or weekend requirements

    • Enjoy a consistent work-life balance with a stable weekday schedule

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the clinic’s clinical team, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to align clinical workflows with overall practice goals

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing and clinical support staff

  • Help coordinate patient care activities and maintain a smooth and organized clinical environment

  • Monitor compliance with clinical policies and procedures, promoting best practices in patient safety and care standards

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana (or compact eligible)

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a clinical setting—this may include experience as a Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, or similar leadership role

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

  • Outpatient or ambulatory care experience is a plus, but not required
