 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner

  • Handle payments and appointment scheduling

  • Assist the clinical team with administrative needs

  • Answer phone calls with excellent etiquette

  • Manage emails, WhatsApp messages, and post

  • Perform clerical tasks (filing, data entry, recordkeeping)

  • Keep the reception area clean and organised

  • Help the finance team with light bookkeeping tasks

  • Complete additional admin tasks as assigned

 Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Google Suite and office software

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong understanding of administrative procedures
