Position Summary: Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse at Rochester Regional Health, you are the engine that drives compassionate, high-quality patient care. Your clinical expertise, empathetic presence, and professionalism have a profound impact on our patients, their families, and the care team every single day.

  • Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

  • Location: Silver Hill PACE Center – 1000 Technology Parkway, Newark, NY 14513

  • Department: ElderOne

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (depending on clinic volume); rotating Saturdays (non-patient care)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Patient-Centered Care: Deliver holistic nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment in coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Health Planning & Communication: Create and document personalized care plans and provide regular updates to patients, families, and care teams.

  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management: Accurately record patient data and provider communications using the EHR system.

  • Compliance & Safety: Follow all regulatory requirements and departmental protocols to ensure patient safety and care quality.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required)

  • Licensure/Certifications:

    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license through NYSED

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association


Physical Requirements:

  • Medium Work: Must be able to exert 20–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly; frequent walking, standing, and squatting required.
    Physical accommodations will be considered as needed.


Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay Range: $34.32 – $45.76
    Pay is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors
