Clinical Associate (Nursing Assistant) Training Program (CATP)
Location: Winchester Hospital
Program Dates: April 14-18 & April 21-25
Are you pursuing a career in healthcare and eager to gain clinical experience while continuing your studies? Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is now hiring Nursing Assistants dedicated to making a positive impact in patient care. We invite you to join our paid Clinical Associate Training Program (CATP), designed for individuals with little or no prior patient care experience.
At Winchester Hospital, recognized as a Magnet-designated facility and one of Massachusetts’ Top 10 hospitals, you’ll work alongside our nursing staff to provide exceptional care in a compassionate and supportive environment. This training program will equip you with the skills to deliver both physical and emotional assistance to our patients, preparing you for a meaningful career in healthcare.
Program Details:

Commitment: Minimum of 24 hours per week, including various shifts, weekends, and holiday rotations, for at least one year.

Attendance: Full participation in all program sessions is required.

Compensation: Starting rate of $19.50 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials.

Vaccination Requirement: All staff must be vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
