Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is currently hiring Nursing Assistants through our paid Clinical Associate Training Program (CATP). This program is designed for individuals with little or no previous patient care experience who are passionate about delivering compassionate, personalized care.
About the Program

Offers a structured, paid training program to help launch your career in direct patient care.

Upon successful completion, you’ll join one of our inpatient care teams at our Magnet-recognized, 229-bed hospital, which ranks among the top 10 hospitals in Massachusetts.

Work under the direction of experienced nursing staff to provide emotional and physical support to patients.
Program Requirements

Must commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week, including rotating shifts, every other weekend, and holiday rotations.

No reduction in hours allowed during the first year of employment.

Attendance at all training sessions is mandatory.

Starting pay: $19.50/hour (plus applicable shift differentials).
