Our client is seeking a skilled Clinical Auditor to support healthcare excellence through regulatory audits, compliance monitoring, and clinical education. As a Clinical Auditor, you will help ensure quality standards across multiple hospital sites while partnering with leadership to strengthen staff competency and regulatory readiness. This role offers the chance to impact patient safety, clinical outcomes, and organizational compliance through data-driven audits and educational support. Frequent travel is required, and candidates must live near a major airport.
Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Auditor
Clinical Auditing & Compliance

Conduct regulatory-based audits at client sites.

Ensure compliance with contracts, accreditation standards, and Joint Commission requirements.

Develop corrective action plans and present findings to leadership.

Track performance indicators and recommend process improvements.

Compile audit reports for executive and client stakeholders.
Clinical Education & Training

Support the delivery of training and competency assessments.

Advise education teams on evolving regulations.

Partner with leadership to ensure staff readiness and policy adherence.

Serve as a clinical resource and subject matter expert.
Qualifications for a Clinical Auditor

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).

CRCST certification preferred or must be earned within set timeframe.

3–5 years in Sterile Processing, OR, or clinical education with focus on quality and compliance.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and audit tools.

Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with Media Lab and LMS platforms is a plus.
