Role Overview
We’re seeking a Part-Time Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and strategic input for our growing telehealth practice.
This role is ideal for a licensed physician or nurse practitioner with a passion for women’s health, an interest in digital health innovation, and the ability to contribute 5–10 hours per month in a high-impact capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Quality

Provide medical supervision for telehealth services, ensuring evidence-based care.

Review and approve protocols, treatment pathways, and clinical SOPs.

Ensure compliance with state regulations and telehealth best practices.
Clinical Team Support

Act as a resource for health coaches, NPs, and care team members.

Participate in case reviews and optimize patient care plans.

Support onboarding and training of clinical staff as the team expands.
Strategic Input

Advise the CEO on clinical product development and scaling opportunities.

Refine women’s health programs (hormonal, metabolic, preventive care) using outcomes and new evidence.

Provide input on research initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations.
Regulatory & Compliance

Maintain active clinical licensure and ensure compliance with telehealth regulations.

Partner with compliance/legal teams to ensure HIPAA and risk management standards.
Qualifications

MD, DO, NP, or other licensed clinician in good standing.

Background in OB-GYN, endocrinology, functional medicine, or integrative medicine strongly preferred.

NPs must have at least 4,600 hours of practice.

Experience in telehealth, concierge medicine, or direct primary care a plus.

Strong interest in women’s health, hormonal health, and preventive care.

Ability to commit 5–10 hours/month for calls, reviews, and strategy sessions.
