We’re looking for a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee both outpatient and inpatient mental health programs. As a Clinical Director, you’ll use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to guide therapists, counselors, and healthcare professionals toward delivering exceptional patient outcomes. This position is ideal for a licensed clinical professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) who thrives on fostering staff growth, maintaining compliance, and ensuring quality care for every client.
Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Director

Provide leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight to all therapists and counselors.

Oversee the creation and execution of individualized treatment plans.

Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and ethical standards.

Conduct case reviews and provide clinical guidance to enhance staff performance.

Lead onboarding, training, and continuing education for clinical staff.

Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Qualifications for the Clinical Director Role

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (required).

Active Tennessee licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC (required).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in behavioral or mental health settings.

2–3 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience.
