Are you a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead Dietitian (Adults) looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the community? West London NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated professional to lead our adult dietetics service, providing high-quality nutritional care to patients across various settings, including clinics, nursing homes, and home visits. This role also includes supporting our wider dietetic team and contributing to service development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and Deliver Expert Dietetic Care
- Manage a clinical caseload, providing expert dietetic advice and nutritional counseling to adult patients and their carers.
- Oversee the implementation of dietetic pathways and regularly monitor patient treatment lists.
- Lead group education sessions and leverage digital platforms for virtual consultations.
- Develop tailored nutrition support plans based on clinical evidence and best practices.
Support and Train Healthcare Teams
- Deliver training to healthcare professionals, carers, and multidisciplinary teams across various settings.
- Ensure that dietetic resources comply with NHS and local authority guidelines.
- Act as a mentor and lead dietitian, supporting the professional development of team members.
Collaborate and Innovate
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contribute to service improvements and research initiatives in community nutrition.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and carers to promote nutrition awareness.
Requirements for the Role
- HCPC registered Dietitian with significant experience in adult dietetics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills for engaging patients and caregivers.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently across multiple community locations.
- Full valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business purposes (unless exempt under the Equality Act 2010).
