About the Job
Desert Regional Medical Center is a 385-bed acute-care hospital, designated as a stroke receiving center and Level I trauma facility. It features an innovative, patient-centered, evidence-based Rehabilitation Services Department. Our dedicated team delivers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including:
- Acute care rehabilitation

General Duties
The Clinical Manager oversees the daily operations of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), ensuring effective management of human resources at the unit level in a cost-efficient manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating and resolving patient, visitor, staff, and physician complaints in a timely and thorough manner, while keeping management and administration informed.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making abilities during high-demand situations, crises, and emergencies.
- Providing guidance to employees, helping them understand and navigate challenging administrative decisions.
