About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, oversee daily unit operations, and support nursing staff. Responsibilities include:
🔹 Coordinating admissions and discharges for efficient patient flow
🔹 Monitoring and improving patient care quality
🔹 Fostering team collaboration for better outcomes
🔹 Supporting employee engagement through rounding and mentoring

Qualifications

✔ RN License (California)
✔ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
✔ 2+ years of nursing experience (required)
✔ Leadership experience (preferred)
✔ BSN degree (preferred)
