Clinical Pharmacist – Role & Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist plays a vital role in evaluating and monitoring patient-specific medications and clinical data to ensure safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness. In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitor clinical data, educate patients, and provide essential drug information to the healthcare team. Additionally, this position collaborates with Clinical Pharmacy leadership on various projects aimed at enhancing care quality and fostering professional growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy OR

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited School of Pharmacy

The listed base pay range reflects starting compensation, with potential additional earnings for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, extra shifts, or performance-based bonuses.
