Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring prescribed therapies, promoting optimal drug use, and reducing risks of medication errors.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school

  • License: Active pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy

  • Experience: One year of acute care hospital experience
