We are currently seeking passionate and clinically focused Pharmacists to join our team at West Main Pharmacy. Opportunities are also available within our Southern Oregon Float Pool, offering flexibility and variety in your workday.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prescription Review and Dispensing

    • Ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance for all prescriptions, performing Drug Utilization Review (DUR) and Final Quality Assurance in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

  • Clinical Program Engagement

    • Deliver and promote clinical services including immunizations, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and other health initiatives to support patient care and community wellness.

  • Customer Service and Patient Counseling

    • Provide professional healthcare counseling and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with compassion and expertise, building lasting trust with patients.

  • Operational Oversight and Supervision

    • Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians and support staff.

    • Assist in training, coaching, and managing team members and assume full responsibility for pharmacy operations as needed.

  • Inventory and Workflow Management

    • Manage daily operations such as medication inventory, cycle counts, will-call maintenance, and store cleanliness.

    • Maintain security protocols for the pharmacy department.

  • Provider Collaboration and Problem Solving

    • Interact with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and resolve medication-related issues. Utilize clinical references to support sound decision-making.

  • Compliance and Legal Standards

    • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and all applicable federal, state, and pharmacy board rules.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in the state of Oregon

  • Previous experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting preferred

  • Strong clinical acumen and customer service skills

  • Ability to supervise, multitask, and manage a variety of responsibilities

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

  • Commitment to patient-focused care and continuous professional development

  • Competitive hourly pay: $65.00 – $73.00 per hour

Pharmacy Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
