Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in patient care by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will monitor and evaluate drug therapies to promote evidence-based practices and reduce medication risks. Join our exceptional team and contribute to improved health outcomes!

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating daily with pharmacy staff, nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel, resolving conflicts regarding drug therapies as needed.

• Providing medication information, consulting on pharmacokinetics, dose adjustments, lab orders, and monitoring according to policies.

• Participating in the training and development of new pharmacists, students, and pharmacy technicians.

Qualifications:

• Position is for a 7-on/7-off night shift schedule.

• Bachelor of Science or Doctorate in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program.

• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.

• Minimum one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
