Position Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Oncology to join our Pharmacy department. In this role, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems designed to promote optimal patient outcomes through safe and cost-effective medication therapies. You will advocate for the full integration of pharmacists into the healthcare team, ensuring their clinical expertise is fully utilized to improve patient care.
Qualifications:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree

ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency required; PGY-2 preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English

Minimum 2 years of clinical hospital experience

Valid New York State Pharmacy License

New York State Pharmacy Registration Certificate

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Immunization Certification

Oncology Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCOP®) strongly encouraged
Salary: $68.40 – $76.31/hr
