Position Overview:

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Oncology to join our Pharmacy department. In this role, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems designed to promote optimal patient outcomes through safe and cost-effective medication therapies. You will advocate for the full integration of pharmacists into the healthcare team, ensuring their clinical expertise is fully utilized to improve patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree

  • ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency required; PGY-2 preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical hospital experience

  • Valid New York State Pharmacy License

  • New York State Pharmacy Registration Certificate

  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

  • Immunization Certification

  • Oncology Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCOP®) strongly encouraged

Salary: $68.40 – $76.31/hr
