Role Summary:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll deliver expert pharmaceutical care, advise on drug therapies, supervise pharmacy staff, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized pharmaceutical services to enhance therapeutic outcomes

Provide drug therapy guidance to medical staff

Mentor pharmacy trainees and oversee pharmacy technicians

Conduct medication reviews and support patient compliance
Qualifications:

BS or PharmD in Pharmacy (required)

Current NYS Pharmacist License (required)

3+ years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred

Strong communication, attention to detail, and clinical decision-making skills
Physical Requirements:

Medium work: Requires walking, standing, lifting (20–50 lbs occasionally)
