Key Responsibilities
Pharmaceutical Management
-
Deliver advanced pharmaceutical care to enhance medication safety and treatment efficacy.

Provide clinical guidance to healthcare providers regarding drug selection, dosing, interactions, and side effect management.
Leadership & Collaboration
-
Mentor and supervise pharmacy interns and residents.
-
Coordinate the daily responsibilities of assigned pharmacy technicians.
-
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team.
Clinical Evaluation
-
Conduct comprehensive medication histories and assessments.

Evaluate patient adherence and make therapeutic recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
-
Current licensure as a Pharmacist in New York State
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing pharmacy in a hospital or clinical setting

Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
