Key Responsibilities
Pharmaceutical Management

Deliver expert pharmaceutical care to optimize drug utilization and therapeutic outcomes.

Collaborate with healthcare providers on medication selection, dosing, side effects, and overall treatment plans.
Leadership & Collaboration
-
Mentor and guide pharmacy interns and trainees.

Oversee and coordinate daily tasks of assigned pharmacy technicians.

Foster strong working relationships with medical and nursing staff to support patient care.
Clinical Evaluation
-
Perform comprehensive medication history reviews and compliance assessments.

Make informed recommendations for therapy adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.

Active Pharmacist license issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
Preferred
-
Minimum of four (4) years of hospital pharmacy experience.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with pharmacy systems and communication tools.

Physical Requirements

Medium work: Ability to exert 20–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
