Responsibilities

Pharmaceutical Management: Deliver expert pharmaceutical care to optimize drug use and improve therapeutic outcomes. Provide guidance to healthcare providers on medication therapies, potential side effects, and appropriate dosage adjustments.

Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor pharmacy interns and oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain strong collaborative relationships with medical and nursing teams to support integrated patient care.

Medication Review & Evaluation: Conduct thorough medication histories, assess patient adherence, and recommend therapeutic modifications as needed.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.

Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of New York.
Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of four (4) years of hospital-based pharmacy experience.

Strong analytical and computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and high attention to detail.

Education

Required: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy
Licensure / Certification

Physical Requirements

Medium Work: Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly. Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
