Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Clinical Program Advisor and serve as a primary client-facing consultant, providing expert guidance on clinical programs and benefits.

  • Interpret and align with the client’s clinical benefit strategies and overall business philosophy to support effective decision-making.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, building and maintaining trust through clear communication and responsiveness.

  • Manage and monitor clinical benefit requests, ensuring timely completion and adherence to strict deadlines.

  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams such as Clinical Application Teams, Clinical Benefit Analysts (CBAs), and Product Owners, as well as external partners, to coordinate efforts and achieve client objectives.

  • Take ownership of IT projects related to clinical and drug benefit implementations, acting as the business lead to ensure successful project execution.

  • Clearly document clinical benefit requirements and effectively communicate these to relevant stakeholders.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of claims adjudication processes and clinical systems to support accurate benefit management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Possession of a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.

  • Licensure: Must hold an active pharmacy license from any U.S. state.

  • Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in a pharmacy setting, which may include retail, hospital, managed care, or pharmaceutical industry environments.

  • Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous involvement in healthcare or pharmacy-related projects is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated job stability, with at least six months in a prior role to show consistent performance.

  • Strong multitasking skills combined with excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access.

  • Ability to translate complex clinical concepts and processes into practical business solutions.

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills to assess and solve problems effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • A customer-focused approach with an emphasis on delivering quality service.

  • Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
