Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Service Specialist in Dialysis Care

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Service Specialist to oversee a group of dialysis clinics in Wales, Lincolnshire, Devon, and London. As a Clinical Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clinical teams within these regions deliver safe and high-quality care to dialysis patients. You will be responsible for maintaining safe clinical environments, supervising staff, and ensuring the appropriate provision of care in each clinic.

This is an exciting role for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for leadership and a background in outpatient haemodialysis settings.

 Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Service Specialist

As a Clinical Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Quality Initiatives: Support a range of quality programs and special projects within the dialysis clinics to improve patient care.

  • Team Education and Support: Provide guidance and education to clinical staff to ensure the highest standards of care.

  • Reporting and Clinical Oversight: Provide regular updates to the Head of Nursing on activities and outcomes in your area of responsibility.

  • Risk Management: Oversee patient safety initiatives and contribute to corrective action plans related to clinical risks.

  • Supervising Clinical Staff: Ensure safe and effective clinical environments while managing clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
