Qualifications
-
Education: B.S. in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)

Licensure: Licensed or eligible for pharmacist licensure in Ohio (ACLS preferred)

Experience: 0-1 year required; hospital experience or PGY1 residency preferred

Skills: Strong decision-making, adaptability, communication, and teamwork
Responsibilities

Prepare and dispense medications per physician orders

Ensure safe, accurate, and cost-effective medication therapy

Manage medication profiles, sterile preparations, and controlled substances

Support pharmacokinetics consultations and drug dosing

Contribute to quality improvement and departmental efficiency
