Position Summary
We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor who brings clinical expertise and a strong commitment to pediatric and family-centered mental health care. As a vital member of our clinical leadership team, you’ll ensure therapists and coaches are equipped and supported to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services aligned with Bend Health’s standards and care model. This is a dynamic leadership role combining clinical supervision, therapist engagement, and direct care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, Onboarding & Training

Assist with identifying and interviewing qualified therapist candidates.

Support the onboarding of new hires by reinforcing expectations and familiarizing them with Bend’s core programs and protocols.

Train new and existing therapists on evidence-based practices, care models, and quality standards.

Create a welcoming, collaborative environment that supports W2 and 1099 team members alike.

Build strong relationships by listening to therapist feedback and advocating for their needs.
Leadership & Support

Act as a clinical leader and role model aligned with Bend’s mission and values.

Conduct regular 1:1s, team check-ins, and asynchronous support sessions.

Guide therapists through challenges, offer clinical resources, and recognize performance excellence.

Foster an inclusive, supportive work environment where team members feel appreciated.
Clinical Quality Oversight

Monitor and assess therapist performance to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

Conduct audits, review case documentation, and provide constructive feedback or clinical supervision.

Offer additional training and guidance as needed.
Coach Case Consultation

Provide clinical consultation and oversight to Bend Health coaches.

Review case notes and documentation and assist with complex case discussions.

Deliver supervision sessions to support coaching excellence.
Continuous Improvement

Collect and analyze therapist feedback to inform improvements to care delivery.

Stay current on research and trends in child and adolescent behavioral health.

Participate in developing care programs and clinical resources.
Direct Clinical Care

Maintain a small caseload to model best practices and uphold care standards.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services.

Share feedback and recommendations on current programs to support continuous clinical innovation.
Additional Duties

Perform other responsibilities as assigned based on evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications
Required
-
Active licensure at the highest level (e.g., LCSW, PhD)
-
2–5 years of supervisory experience overseeing independently licensed clinicians

Pediatric clinical experience required

Availability for Pacific Time evening hours and one Saturday per month

Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment models and quality assurance

Tech-savvy with experience in telehealth platforms

A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to cross-functional collaboration

Prior experience providing telehealth services

Experience in collaborative or integrated care models
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $90,000–$115,000 (commensurate with experience, credentials, and location)
