We are seeking a Remote Clinical Team Assistant to support our Clinical Healthcare Professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves assisting with patient communication, appointment scheduling, insurance compliance, and daily clinical operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and experienced in healthcare or medical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete compliance and daily clinical tasks, including contacting patients and scheduling appointments.

  • Facilitate Sleep Glad or Telehealth appointments that do not require a healthcare provider (HCP).

  • Review insurance compliance requirements with patients.

  • Educate patients on the use and cleaning of PAP machines and supplies.

  • Assist with PAP charting and care plan oversight as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, clinicians, and patients to resolve issues.

  • Maintain knowledge of DASCO equipment and services; assist with equipment quality control and operations support.

  • Complete supply orders and other administrative tasks as requested by management.


Required Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Six months of experience in medical, insurance, or healthcare fields is preferred

Physical & Work Environment

  • Work-from-home position; travel only for mandatory training or meetings

  • Use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers)

  • Required vision abilities include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
