Job Title: Clinical Therapist – Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position Type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Full-Time (15 billable, clinical hours per week)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to the individual needs of each client
- Foster and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance with clients
- Schedule and manage client appointments following the intake
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards
- Engage in continued education and professional development to keep current with the latest in therapeutic practices
- Utilize networks to build and maintain a client base
- Oversee the client experience and retention
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution
- Fully licensed with an active, unrestricted license in the state of Georgia (LPC or LMFT)
- Minimum 1 year of post-licensed experience – preference for private practice experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong ethical decision-making capabilities
- Proficient with computers and EHR softwares
- Preference for candidates with specialization(s) in neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, OCD), chronic illness/pain, nutrition (keto), family therapy, or couples therapy
