Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW – NY) to provide behavioral health services for pediatric and adolescent patients. This role involves working in a collaborative primary care model to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders.

Schedule: Flexible, must work 3-4 hours on Saturdays

Caseload: 16–18 patients weekly minimum

Compensation: $35,000 for 20 hours/week; $70,000–$75,000 annualized
Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments in line with evidence-based practices

Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities

Develop and implement treatment plans and maintain timely documentation

Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to support treatment goals

Maintain professional development and licensing requirements

Respond promptly to urgent or emergent patient needs

Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment to inclusive care
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field

LMSW license in New York

Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients

Teletherapy experience preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology and psychosocial aspects of health

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Must be available for 3-4 hours on Saturdays
