We are currently hiring a Clinician Support Agent to join our Houston, TX team (hybrid: on-site & remote). This role is available for day, evening, and night shifts, including alternating weekends.

What You’ll Do

As a Clinician Support Agent, you will be the communication bridge between our cardiac technicians, clinicians, hospitals, and patients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary communicator via phone, Outlook, ZioReports, and Salesforce for cardiac accounts and patient support.

  • Communicate ECG abnormalities and follow physician notification protocols.

  • Perform account follow-ups for missing clinical details (pacemaker settings, contact info, etc.).

  • Use clinical case management systems to respond, update case statuses, and ensure report completeness.

  • Partner with internal teams (cardiac technicians) and external partners (clinicians, hospitals) to ensure timely, accurate communication.

  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and good clinical practices.

  • Meet and exceed performance metrics for productivity and case quality.

  • Complete all required training and maintain proficiency standards.


What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree + 1 year call center or customer service experience

  • OR High school diploma + 2 years customer service/call center experience (medical field preferred)

  • At least 2 days per week in-office (Houston, TX) – subject to business needs

  • Willingness to work alternating weekends and shifts

  • Experience in a healthcare environment (EKG interpretation experience a plus)

  • Proficiency in medical terminology and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer-focused, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Must obtain CCT certification within 120 days of hire (up to 3 attempts)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of cardiology-specific terminology

  • Prior case management (CRM) system experience

  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent judgment

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, regular position with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Estimated Pay Range: $20.19 – $25.00/hour (final offer depends on experience, skills, and location).
