Cloud Administrator

We are looking for a Network Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and deployment of network solutions in a hybrid cloud environment. This role will focus on ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of systems supporting AWS Cloud and hosted applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Develop technical designs and configurations for network security, including VPN services, firewall policies, and security protocols.
• Build, troubleshoot, and maintain Site-to-Site VPNs.
• Manage Cisco ASA firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco IOS, NX-OS, ASA, ASDM).
• Implement physical and logical network segmentation, VLANs, and IP subnetting.
• Configure and maintain TCP/IP networks, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and IP address management.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, and performance issues in production environments.
• Configure and monitor network management systems.
• Provide escalated IT support, including on-call coverage (rotating schedule).
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve network operations and security practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Network Security, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Network Engineer, particularly with Cisco routing and switching.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and VPN configuration/troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring and managing Cisco ASA firewalls, including firewall rules.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation using Python or Ansible.
• Exposure to AWS cloud environments is a plus.
• Cisco CCNP or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends occasionally to support global customer change windows.
